Seeking Professional Touch for Preexisting Map

Hello!

I'm looking to commission a map as a gift to my DM. The plan is then to have the map printed and framed.

The original map, which was made with Inkarnate, can be seen here. I think a consistent style and genuine professional touch would make it much better for printing.
