I first drew this map by hand then I recreated it in GIMP for higher resolution and VTT. Thus it doesn't quite fit the grid. It is still a work in progress.

I have never played a VTT and new to its mechanics. Can any RPG veteran give me advise on these two Battlemaps?

Floor -1: Basement/Hangar

With a VTT, its best to lose the grid altogether and let the VTT put one on for you as it will be placing the character tokens down on where it thinks the grid should be.

But you should include the grid information if you can, it makes lining them up way easier. Grids in VTT's (and for that matter drawing programs) typically start from the top left corner. And you should inform on whether the grid is at 100 px per line or 70 or 300 or whatever.
