Another oldie: Map a place inspired by a picture

A couple of years ago I think there was a challenge where there were a collection of pictures collected by the moderator and the challenge was to make a map based on one of those pictures. I liked that challenge quite a bit. There could be also a challenge based on make a map inspired by Y, where Y could be a game or movie or book etc. Maybe. I was thinking of making the challenge suggestion based on concept art but was concerned about intellectual rights involved.

Is this the one that Kell ran, where a bunch of abstract-y (textures?) were provided? There was one that had a brick wall with plaster flaking off of it, and that's the one I used. If this is the challenge I'm thinking of.

I don't quite remember I think in one there was a picture of a purple garden bridge, some autumn forests, I think, and a few others. But they could be anything really.
