Two Kingdoms (full colour version, personal project)

Few weeks back I posted my Two Kingdoms map in sepia version, but I knew I wanted to colour this one.

I've been studying it carefully since the beginning with the WIPs you posted and I'm trying to get some inspiration from your work for the map I'm currently drawing... Though the sepia version is lovely, I like the color version better. Really makes things pop.

I think I know what you mean. I actually struggle with colouring all the time.
It took me many trials and errors before I could figure out few things how manage it, but with every new map, it's like starting all over, LOL.
Still I am not satisfied completely with my colouring technique.
