    Post Is this spam?

It is a nice font but for $32USD I'd expect it to be.

    Post Clear MS Vista Fonts

Microsoft did a fair bit of work to come up with readable fonts for Vista and Office 2007. Candara, Consolas, Calibri, Cambria, Constantia and Corbel are very pretty fonts for Vista but they are also bundled with some of Microsoft's free downloads.

Download either the free Microsoft Powerpoint 2007 Viewer or the Microsoft Office Compatibility pack - both the software downloads include the new Windows Vista fonts. Either install the updates or unzip the EXEs and then the CABs to find the TTF files.

    Office 2007 Compatabilty Pack

Be aware that the fonts are very pretty and nice to use for screen documents etc. but they may also be associated by your reader with Vista modernness etc... Still they're nice clear fonts.

Though free download does not make a font free
I completely agree, but they were a new link to myself so I thought I'd share.

The functional equivalent of the GPL for fonts is the Open Font License.

The below link has a number of downloadable Free Fonts

Gentium is a wonderful font. Very complete with international characters.

AntykwaTorunska is also a favourite mapping font of mine.

The site has TTFs some Open Type and even a few Postcript fonts.

Link My fav free font site...

My favorite free font site is acidfonts.com

They have hundreds of fonts (with new fonts added all the time), ding-bats some complete, though many not complete character sets. They have some great heraldric beast fonts, variety of Celtic and even one cool Anglo-Saxon font (called Anglo-Saxon)

The font I used as the title graphics for my November Challenge Entry is literally the title graphics for the movie, Blade Runner (called Blade Runner font) - all are true-type fonts.

Note the fonts linked at the top of the page with an alphabetical listing are the free fonts. Fonts linked at the bottom of the page are paid-for Bitstream linked fonts - so stay on top list.

There are hundreds of fonts here.
