The Cartographers’ Guild is a forum created by and for map makers and aficionados, a place where every aspect of cartography can be admired, examined, learned, and discussed. Our membership consists of professional designers and artists, hobbyists, and amateurs—all are welcome to join and participate in the quest for cartographic skill and knowledge.
Although we specialize in maps of fictional realms, as commonly used in both novels and games (both tabletop and role-playing), many Guild members are also proficient in historical and contemporary maps. Likewise, we specialize in computer-assisted cartography (such as with GIMP, Adobe apps, Campaign Cartographer, Dundjinni, etc.), although many members here also have interest in maps drafted by hand.

You're welcome, Daniel And it was well deserved. You produced a beautiful map of a very high calibre PS. I'm only a 'Guild Grand Master' because I talk a lot. You will become a 'Guild Expert' at 1000 comments, 'Guild Master' at 2000 comments... I think.... and 3000 is 'Guild Grand Master' It would be really very funny if I become a 'Doddery old Nag' at 4000! Really I know less than most of the rest of you because I don't use the two pieces of software that seem to be the most commonly used here at the Guild
