    Map Sòla Planetary Views

This is the third series of planetary views in my Resurgence setting (you can find the Hyperion & Mundilfoeri at the guild). You can find the systems here
The Sòla system is composed of a dwarf star and locked planets, very much inspired by the Trappist system (with the ability to view closest planets in the sky).
So, from the closest to the star to the farthest :

I love them! I'm always thrilled to see the "eyeball Earth" case show up in maps.

I don't remember following how you created the planetary textures while you were working on them. Are you blending together satellite views of Earth or other planets? Ran, in particular, has fabulous rocky desert textures. It's like a real image of places on Mars or Mercury.

    Thanks, Joseph !
My process generally imply the blending of different textures, sometimes found on Internet (often done for Celestia), sometimes from Earth or other NASA planetary shots.

Great work, Ilanthar. The sheer variety of worlds you manage to bring to life through your maps is amazing.

Thanks a lot, Marc! I hope you'll like the last series as well (I've started to work on it).
