    Default DDOS attack today

Earlier today we received what I can only describe as a DDOS attack of some sort. I can't be certain, but it could be related to some of the recent changes I've made to the site to thwart what may have been a vector for spammers to relay spam. I apologize for the downtime, the attack actually didn't put the server under as much pressure as you would expect, but I did have limits set to prevent too much, I've raised those limits, so if similar attacks happen, it should have less of an impact on your browsing experience.

The source (host, not persons) have been identified and blocked, and the host has been informed of their abusive customer or vulnerability.
