Overland fantasy maps commission for upcoming novels

Project Scope:
Four maps required for three upcoming grimdark fantasy novels.

Setting:
"Renaissance-era" fantasy world.

Design Concept:
Standard, somewhat utilitarian, black and white fantasy maps (think the original Game of Thrones maps), but with a more "age of exploration/new-world" feel.

Number of maps:
Three regional overland maps showing points of interest in the area and major political areas.
One more detailed map (a zoomed in portion of a regional map) showing points of interest.

Technical:
600dpi minimum.
File types to be discussed.
Black and white/grey scale

Copyright:
I would require the full copyright.

Deadline:
December 12th.

Payment:
$500+ (open to discussion), payable via Paypal upon delivery of the final files.
One print copy of the finished books upon publication

Extra details
I'm looking for someone who is good at correspondence and happy to have a pair of skype calls to discuss the project and tease out the best path forward. While I have quite detailed draft maps ready, this project will require creativity as well as good cartography skills.
