Default June-Aug '21 Lite Challenge: The buried ship

Okay this is going to be my first challenge !

For this map I want to do something for a Call of Chtulu game to come, inspired by an reminiscence of a book I read when I was a teenager. My father is fond of polar and stories of murders, mysteries and so on, and he have in his bookshelf the book Sahara from Clive Cussler. That the only book of him I read. In this one, warning, spoilers incoming, there is a confederated ship buried in the middle of the desert, with, OMFG, the mummy of Lincoln in it.

In my scenario, my players are going to find the dessicated body of a gold propector, with an anoted map in his backpack.

The map I'll try to do will be an hand-drawned map, looking like an old atlas map of a region of the Sahara, with markings and notes of the prospector, who have find an old military ship buried in the desert. He may had opened something he shouldn't, turned mad and died from the sun (or maybe something else), covering his map with strange words and markings.

    Well that's the idea.
