Default The House On Horner Hill

    Greetings!

After a lot of toil, trial and error, and stop and go, I have finished colouring my October challenge entry. The B&W version managed to pull out a tied win with Ifrix for a golden compass, much rejoice was had!

Medium is pencil and watercolour, with a hint of liner pen to make the legend and roman numerals pop against the saturated colours I used. I've learned a lot about watercolours while working on this piece, namely how important mixing is to get the desired effect. Not a lot of techniques were used, just laying paint to paper.

I welcome any comments or critiques.
