This is just amazing. I mean both artistry and creativity, it is obvious that you are a professional, and a very talented one at that. Have all the rep in the world (ah damn already repped you...well will do so soon again I think) My hat is eternally off to you

Wow, i missed this thread and i'm fully blown away by your work Milan! Very inspiring stuff. I especially like what you did on posts #31-33 & #36, a lovely mapping style one doesn't see too often. And, well, Teapotland seems to be emerged directly from my dreams

Man, how did I miss all this
That Pirate Island style is awesome. I love that. Very fresh and clean but with a lot of style.
And this Teapotland looks wonderful Milan. Really excellent stuff.

I was interested to hear that you were using Manga studio. They just had a sale and I picked up a new version and I'm waiting for the disc.
Might have to hit you up with some questions on things.
Obviously you find it to be a good choice.

Impressive! So nice style! Did you draw everything from scratch in manga Studio?

thank you very much for all those nice comments!

the fact that you like that pirate islands style motivates me to explore that style a bit more after i'm done with teapotland...

J.Edward: Manga Studio is amazing! I bought it because I was looking for sketching alternative to my old photoshop cs3 when I bought Surface Pro. and there are some features that i really love. great value for the money. and with the latest (free) update it seems like it got quite a lot faster when opening and saving big files. really good for big maps

arsheesh: yeah, i like this style. it's fun to make, but takes me ages so i'm not sure i'd like to make some bigger maps like that

Carnifex: all maps are done in manga studio, but those 3d illustrations are done in Softimage. like this:
