    The first one looks likes early summer when everything is growing and vibrant.

    The second one looks like late summer, no significant rain for a month, and everything is drying up and going dormant for winter.

    Still waiting for a version where the city isn't a glaring bright spot.

    Great map Wired! Love the design and all the details you put into this.
    I think I would lean towards the second version, the first one is just a little too vibrant I think.

    The first one is glorious but the whiteness of the city ground clashes with it. Do you plan on tweaking this ?

    A little grunge here, a little cobblestone pattern there, a few gardens and extra trees, a nice rock edge in the town's keep...

    It's perfect ! When I looked at the thumbnail, the blur effect made me think it was a real landscape ! Do you think it could be a good idea to apply such a slight blur to the whole map to see what it looks like ?

    The problem I have no is: how many light sources should I use??? What could serve as a light source anyway? Argh...
