So after the suggestion from Pixie I thought I would try a another version. I hope it reads better at the smaller sizes. I also brightened the color as well.

Full version, 60px, 30px.

I like the concept, but the hand (actually the whole thing) just loses too much definition at the small size.

Uh, for how much longer is this open?

Corilliant - I think it will be open till around the 27th to the 29th of December, it hasn't been firmly decided.
We need to close it and have the voting done in time to award the prize to the winner of the Annual challenge, which ends voting on the 1st of January.
All the entry images will be gathered into one post in a new poll thread for people to vote on.

The original concept was to be a golden globe, but I would guess that you could do that idea... if people like it enough they would vote for it.

I'm thinking that I'll end this on the 30th and open it for voting then as well, so you have a few days left for any new entries.
I'll likely close it around 12 noon EST and open a voting thread soon thereafter.
