This is the the land of the zombie Empire of Cocarne... the flesh-eating zombies!Ruled by the emperor Sceletorn. The zombies are interested in, except for eating brains and flesh, farming, pottery, knitting and pool dancing. they eat only once a year when they fiercely attack the countries nearby - eating lots of brains and having a good time (dancing by every pool they can find and picking up knitting techniques from braindead victims).

Do you also have crocheting liches?

No - that would be very strange. Instead the crocheting is done by the forest living unicorns. They use a special tecnique with thier horns. Of course the zombies are in war with the unicorns and try to steal the unicorn secrets. The Unicorns are led by an old ent named Threebeer.

Oh dear, that's an interesting story..

Looking great so far but I'm wondering why there are hills, farmland and a random bridge in the ocean.. I'm guessing that's just work in progress.

The bridge in the ocean was started two terms ago when a senior senator pushed through some funding for his district, even though it wasn't needed. Unfortunately, the rest of the senate eventually read the bill where this set-aside was buried and passed legislation that canceled the funding partway through the project. This "bridge to nowhere" remains as a monument to pork-barrel projects. Or so I was told...

Excellent! Not many are aware of that story. This is however an old map. The gnomes of Cocarne have since done some improvements - you'd be amazed to see what the mecha-brain gnomes could do! See in the next map!
