Really nice Ilanthar! the textures are awesome, and well placed/used, the icons are indeed original! to me everything feel cold and exactly as you described it (Russian style or something ) but I don't get the (still cool) "elven font", it clash a bit for me.. anyway good work!

Love the forested valleys, and the icons and labelling looks great. Are the rivers final? They look a bit flat, like they are on top of the landscape. Some shading to sink them into the ground would make it more tied together

Well, I'm using my conlang on this map (except for mountains, sea, etc. to keep it readable). Consequently, some of the letters have specific pronunciations, but I don't mind if foreign people have a foreign accent . I wanted to use a font to gave the feeling that nanta people have their specific language. Maybe not the better choice, indeed.

Well, I made the mistake to do them before the mountains and in a way that lead to this... I don't really know how to improve it. I gave a try on a part of the rivers, tell me what you think (I fear it may be too subtle and unseen...).

Not quite sure what you did to the rivers actually but it's perfect! Very subtle but makes a huge difference, especially in the final size. And I love those lines and… moon… things… in the ocean, very otherworldly. Great update
