Some small progresses: rivers have names and there's a body of water name test, let me know (if you want), if you find colour/contrast is ok.
I should name at least also mountains, but naming them has always been a problem to me so I don't know If I'll do it.
Also the shield has been modified a little.
I hope the next iteration will be the last one.
I also have the png of the Shield. I hope the size is ok.

love the map and the shield.. If I could make one tiny suggestion it would be the slightest of shadows under the icons to "ground" them in the map

This could be the final version of the map unless some really important remark is done.
I added some shadows under city icons, added some more labeling, and changed “fierce” to “proud" in the text in the lower left.
