I learned how to give depth to my coastlines from Torstan's tutorials and I thing it does wonders with very few efforts. For the plains, a little texture, either by drawing hills and grass tufts or using horizontal-ish shadows (overlay and various opacities of black) will do the trick (and it's quickly done)

I played mostly with shadows & coloring, for coastlines & different elements on the main island.

Not sure it's working though, what do you guys think? About the colors too?

Just added colors on the town icons roofs and the main illustration for the frame. Working on a compass...

Looks good! Which brush do you use?

Hey, thanks a lot for the support, guys !

So I suppose it's fine with the coasts/plains?

@Sapiento : A lot of different brushes... I'm testing a bit of everything . But Mainly, Ink Brush 25 for the drawings.
And a test for the compass...

It seems that Krita isn't really useful for labels (unless I use my own handwriting... which I won't do). So, I'll probably do it with another software.

    Thanks JO!

It's not a dragon, though . It's a mythic bird, emblem of the Vodya nation, the "Stymphale". It's a bird with eyes capable of zooming and focus like prisms, talons as sharp as razors, a beak as hard as diamond and dotted with reddish feather razor-sharp that he can shoot like arrows.

I'll probably go with a simple frame like this. And some tests for coloring both compass and stymphale... Plus a try for labels.
