Timeline - Within 90 days.
Quality - unsure (publishable, most likely)
Fee - negotiable & dynamic (looking for relationship rather than one-time map; but one-time ok if perfect fit). Small upfront deposit after outline/sketch. Full payment upon completion.
Rights - I retain all (negotiable if relationship established).
Project - 800x600 mile island. Full scale map. If author/cartographer happy - future projects include cities, encounter sites, etc.
