First paid map commissioning for my game with friends.

Ok, so I'm going directly off the post on how to request a map to be commissioned.

Subject:Uploading a crude sketch of the city map, I can go into basic details as needed.
Basically a sea side city with distinct zones and features, but low on detail everywhere else. I don't have a scale, not sure how to determine that. Probably a city of 3k to 5k people in it.
Style: I've attached two maps that I don't know the actual style name of, they are both on graph paper and done in black and white. These are the style I'd like.
Quality: I'd be happy with the same simple level of detail as the examples provided below.
Time constraints: By July 15, 2017 (One month from today)
Copyright: I don't need it, it's my first game as a DM with some friends. This city will be the home base for many quests both in and outside the area.
