Regarding 'Junk', don't worry, I came across the name for this type of ship. It is definitely odd, I have to admit. But, then again it was named there, not where the language was English.

And thank you for the compliment. I appreciate it.
I had reference as I said in my post, but I decided to draw it at a larger scale to get the details right and also I darkened the ropes considerably so that they would stay visible when I shrunk the whole thing.
Now the challenge is getting the sea around it to look right. The texture changes the how a bit.
