Who am I kidding.... I can't let it go... it will get on my nerves if I can't do it better.... So I tried many solutions again, with many parchments...
I think I prefer to loose some "character", which mean have a map with less relief, than to have a map with those ugly pixels when you zoom in. I enjoyed adding little details to this map, so it's a map that should be made to zoom in.... so the pixels have to go...

I finally came up with that :

Oh, I like this version. It still has some texture to it, but it doesn't compete with the map elements anymore.
