    Good start.

I do feel the buildings are a bit too aligned at some places. But, that is just my opinion. In fact, the Romans planned their forts in blocks and all practicality. So, you choose how to build your city. (Just to say, I know how hard it is to make a city map. It is meticulous planning effort)
Best advice I can give in that regard is, no1 look at maps that got was successful in city planning and no2 maybe see of the

Are there going to be farm areas outside the city? And how safe is the area? If it is not safe, add watch towers at intervals outside.
A good way to go with city building is asking questions and not giving up.

    So, good luck.

    Nice start, clear design.

    A thought on city defence:
There are gaps in the city walls where the road leads in and where the port is. Do you plan to defend these areas?

I second that thinking about the environment will help understanding the city and its structure.

Why are buildings on the left bank in grey and the ones on the right side in black line work?

That's a trap for unwise smugglers. They left the gap on purpose, you see...
