This will be my second region in Guild World.
I hope it will be an improvement on the style I used here: https://www.cartographersguild.com/a...4&d=1505272956
It is 3 times larger than the original and is covering 1,6 million square kilometres (give or take). Which is much smaller than my previous country (8,4m)

Some lore about the land:

Larges areas are dominated by the wilderness with dense jungles in the south.
The fauna is Australian-like but with fantasy added in the mix.
It is divided into several countries/regions because some are not real countries. They just have a theoretical control.

As the title says, the land appear to have been forsaken by the Gods, in particular.
A land divided prone to chaos and subject of external struggles.
The stability of the region is tied to the surrounding stability.
Kingdoms rose and fell because of foreigners interventions.
Financing the establishment of Crusaders states and Trading Republics to expand the boundaries of civilization and uproot the evil of the land.
Only to see them pushed back by the ferocious natives due to a lack of long-term strategy.

I spent time (too much probably) on planning the map, especially politics.

Most of the jungle at the moment is actually located outside the boundaries. I will make them fade away gradually.
I'm still not sure about the density of details I want in the jungle.
I will probably get rid of the river stroke since it gets in the way.
