A big thank you to the respondents to my request, your helpfulness and skills are impressive indeed!
I will admit I went into this without truly understanding the amount of work and therefore the costs involved.
Therefore, I will be transforming this request into a few building/tactical maps for the group and forgoing the city map.
I will have specific details later today about what I am looking for.

A big thank you to @XCali who has been commissioned on an interior map.
What I'm looking for now is a regional map for the area surrounding the city. Attached is the map I made in Worldographer, but I'd like it to be more 'pretty' and refined.
The scale is 0.5km per hex. The style I'm looking for is fairly gothic and gloomy, 16-17th century.
Also, is there a way I can edit the title of this thread? I'd like it to reflect more on the new idea.
