Looking for TES city maps

I was hoping to find a (non-isometric), unlabeled and labeled set of maps for the large cities of Cyrodiil in the Elder Scrolls world. I'm converting/assembling the setting for a table-top RPG (AD&D, 1st edition homebrew rules), and while scavenging the interwebs for maps, I can't find any without labels. (I don't want the players to know what places are important to the video game.) If no one here has made any, is there anyone willing to do so for hire? I don't need anything REALLY detailed; just like the ones I've seen online would be GREAT, like this:
