Fantasy Ciry & Surrounding Region

Hi All,
I need 2 maps, one city map and a map of the surrounding region. Tried myself, but turns out art isn’t my strong point haha!

The city is a medium sized port city, with docks and river running through the middle of the city. I have specific locations and ideas and a general idea of the layout, outside of that creativity is encouraged.
The region map is the area approximately 300 miles around the city. Again I have specific locations & ideas but other than that you can use your discretion.

Style wise I don’t want photo realistic or cartoony, think something you would find in the appendix of a fantasy novel. City can be greyscale, would like the region in colour. I don’t need a professional product, but something somewhat decent is preferred.

It will be primarily for use digitally, I play remotely via Skype so may print it out on nice paper to post to my players.

Copyright wise this is only going to be used in my own home brew campaign, you can keep copyright as long as I have all rights to use however I like in a non commercial way.

Time scale wise by the end of November would be great.

Not sure what the going rate is for these, but as a musician i appreciate the time that goes into this kind of thing, I am sure we can come to an agreement once we’ve had a chat about the detail.
