(adopted) Map B - Land of Kell

I'm still very much in the sketching/planning phase with this. I can't quite figure out where I want to take this style-wise.

This place will be divided between two peoples: the humans on the Western shores, and the still unnamed creatures that are the original children of this land. The land is heavy with magic, the center of which is the Old Ruk. Both peoples are magic wielders, but their ways of harvesting it and using it are somewhat different. There has been heavy war between the two sides in the past, and even though a truce has eventually been established, the tension is still high and both sides are distrusting of the other. Both parties mostly stick to their own lands, divided by the mountains and the Noreen Wall on the middle part of the island. The Nor Gate is heavily manned from both sides, and getting admission to pass through is not easy.
