Fort Istor

Fort Istor sits to the north on a mountain pass that protects the iron mines, and control the trade route across the mountain range,



The Castle will have to show some light damage as in my campaign it has was taken by the Drax, when the king left it to lightly defended, also the mountains are riddled with caves and abandoned and in use mine shafts. My players broke in via one of these to robe the tombs in a vault under the keeps chapel.

so here is the concept skectch


and now i start building the main castle components, old walls with covered walkways,to shelter from the weather, various square and round towers, and a rusting iron gate.
