Toisten - Requesting a Map w/lots of geometry (CCC3 + maybe)

I'd like to hire a map made or hire some help on how to make a map on CCC3+.

I'm trying to do a D&D adventure and have an idea for a map. I have really no idea on how to make a map. I would prefer it on CCC3+ but not necessarily.

The map is of an island (Toisten) which is surrounded by a reef; IOW an Atoll. There are 6 settlements. There is a lot of geometry involved and a PDF .

style ---
This may be a test run of the map purchasing process. Ultimately I'd like to print it out on 36' x 36' color. But it might be more practical to start with something simpler (read less expensive too).

I've attached a couple of very rough designs: 3) shows a quilt I made of it 1) shows the complicated(?) overlay that goes on the reef 2) gives a general idea of the settlements
