Kingdom of Rosellia (Art Trade)

Hey,

So since I am back, I thought I'd also present my current WIP, which is a rather small map (drawn on A5 watercolor paper) of a tiny, tiny *tiny* kingdom called Rosellia.
I am doing it as an Art Trade with a person who in turn draws my characters - something I am sadly not very talented at.
Anyway the Kingdom is currently still at sketch level and there are a few name tags still missing *but* the impression is already there. I think



I am curious what you think about it so far. It will still receive proper lineart and watercolor pencil coloring, and - most likely - aging, so it's really far from done.

So I finished the map. ^^ Not fully satisfied with the coloring but eh... my customer is, so that's a plus.

For what it's worth I think the colouring does an excellent job of bringing this map to life, it was a bit tricky to work out the meaning of many of the shapes before but everything is much clearer now )
