Town Map Commission

I am looking to get a Town map done for a module I am working on. I would require the rights to use the image in a published work. This would not necessarily mean exclusive - but at least FIRST publish rights. I will also credit you in the work. This will be for a kickstarter I am working on (my second).

The map is of a small town (around 3 dozen buildings) in a swampy area, with a nature temple (grown from roots/vines). I will require at least the town map, but may want to purchase an overland map as well of the area. The style could be top down or isometric. I am not interested in the standard inkarnate style buildings. I have a more detailed description of the town and a rough sketch I can provide, but would prefer to do that over email (I don't have PM access since I am new). Email: sales at athelu.com.
