Zipcode "service area" map - vector image for large print

We are a printing service with a client who is requesting service area maps for several locations. We are looking for someone who can create vector image maps showing their service area from a provided spreadsheet. The rate is negotiable.

Any help or direction in figuring out how to fulfill this request would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi Michael, I am sure there will be somebody who wants to take this up. But just for a guide, how many areas are in the spreadsheet. Does the spreadsheet areas contain the shape of the service area or just the name and that the shape can be obtained somehow - say from some municipal map data kept somewhere or open street map or similar ? Just thinking these sorts of numbers would be important to know in order to assess what the requirements are for the maps.

Potentially it could be that this could be more of a programming task to generate these maps - which we have several people here which can do that kind of thing.
