The Cartographers Guild is a forum created by and for map makers and aficionados, a place where every aspect of cartography can be admired, examined, learned, and discussed. Our membership consists of professional designers and artists, hobbyists, and amateursall are welcome to join and participate in the quest for cartographic skill and knowledge.
Although we specialize in maps of fictional realms, as commonly used in both novels and games (both tabletop and role-playing), many Guild members are also proficient in historical and contemporary maps. Likewise, we specialize in computer-assisted cartography (such as with GIMP, Adobe apps, Campaign Cartographer, Dundjinni, etc.), although many members here also have interest in maps drafted by hand.

Don't know if this has been covered before...but I was wondering if there was a way that we could distribute less than full rep? Those of us who have big bonkers have to be responsible in how we bonk people but I like to give out rep to reward the great stuff as well as encourage the younger/newer members to keep up the good work. Seems kinda overkill to give out full rep to someone who has a pretty good intro map while someone who works really hard and long on a great map gets the same amount. If it's not possible then I guess I'll just have to use more smileysand try to use really cheery words to encourage folks
